You are obligated to keep this information current at all times. Providing false registration information is a serious violation and may result in permanent Account closure.
zc66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any time during the lifecycle of your Account. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zc66 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. zc66 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account as an additional layer of security.
If you suspect that your zc66 Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the zc66 support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. zc66 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to safeguard their login credentials or has delayed in reporting a suspected breach.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. zc66 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified prior to any dormancy fee being applied. Remaining balance after fees will be returned to the Player upon successful KYC verification if they subsequently reactivate their Account.
All zc66 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made via supported payment methods are credited in PKR at the prevailing exchange rate where a conversion is necessary. Players acknowledge that zc66 is not responsible for currency conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers.
zc66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank internet banking, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. zc66 does not accept cash deposits or payments via unrecognised third-party intermediaries.
The minimum deposit amount on the zc66 platform is Rs 500. Deposits made through approved payment methods are typically credited to your Account balance in real time or within a maximum of thirty (30) minutes. If a deposit is not reflected within this period, you should contact zc66 support with your transaction reference number for investigation.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit by the same Account holder, in order to prevent money laundering. zc66 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 PKT. Requests submitted after this time will typically be processed the following business day. zc66 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request.
Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply to all zc66 Accounts. These limits are displayed within your Account settings and may vary depending on your Account verification level and payment method. Players who have completed full KYC verification may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits upon request.
zc66 will make reasonable efforts to return funds to Players whose Accounts have been closed. Where funds cannot be returned due to an inability to verify the Player's identity or the unavailability of the original payment method, zc66 will hold those funds for a period of not less than six (6) years before they are treated as unclaimed.
All bets placed on the zc66 platform are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to verify the details of any bet — including the selection, the stake, and the odds — before confirming it. zc66 will not void or amend a confirmed bet on the basis that it was placed in error by the Player.
zc66 reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend any betting market or odds at any time without prior notice, including in the event of an obvious pricing error. In the case of a manifest error in odds, zc66 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price. Players will be notified and their stakes refunded where a bet is voided under this clause.
In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, zc66's specific sport-rules shall govern the settlement of open bets. Where no specific rule applies, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account. In-play bets on markets that were settled before abandonment will stand.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round may be voided and the stake returned. Completed game rounds are final regardless of any subsequent technical issues.

In all cases where zc66's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, zc66's maximum aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their zc66 Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
